GLOBAL AGENCY REACHES NEW DEALS FOR "EVERMORE" ACROSS SOUTH AFRICA

The series was obtained by E.tv, South Africa’s largest independent free-to-air television channel. Counting this deal, along with another recent sale made in El Salvador, the show will now be aired in over 30 countries around the world. There are ongoing negotiations for the drama to be distributed in other territories.

Global Agency has announced a new sale for the drama series “Evermore.” The deal for the show was signed in South Africa with E.tv, which is South Africa’s largest independent free-to-air television channel. A recent sale for the drama was also closed in El Salvador. With these countries included, it will now be aired in over 30 countries around the world. “In these difficult days we try to help our clients by providing good content,” Izzet Pinto, Founder & CEO of Global Agency said. “We are eager to be a part of it until the end. “Evermore” has made a powerful impression in Poland, Romania, Kosovo, Ukraine, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Honduras, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Angola, and Mozambique. All of these territories have already acquired the third season and a remake version of the series has been a success in the Middle East. The show is produced by O3 Productions.

Leading actor, Ozcan Deniz, well-known in Turkey for his performance as the protagonist in “A Part of Me,” has helped the show gain popularity and expand globally. The series also become a phenomenon in Israel. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, negotiations to distribute the drama in several other territories continue. “Just like the rest of the world, we are carefully following the news and statistics about Covid-19, taking advised precautions and staying at home, doing our best to adapt to current conditions, and working hard to be able to shape our own future,” Pinto said.

“Evermore,” tells the love story of two people from different backgrounds and the challenges they face as a result of their differences. Leaving behind her life as a musician, Süreyya falls in love with Faruk, but his mother, Esma, who heads one of Turkey’s richest families, is determined to thwart their marriage plans and destroy the family. As each decides where their loyalties lie, the
power of their relationship is tested against the depth of family tradition.Three seasons and 300 episodes of the drama have been aired on Star TV and it has been the leader in the Friday night commercial target.
