Blue Ant Rights has announced its most expansive content offering to date, bringing 58 new and returning titles to Mipcom 2025. The slate spans high-demand genres including true crime, history, lifestyle, kids and animation, and premium factual, underscoring the company’s aggressive international growth strategy following a landmark year that included going public and acquiring three production companies.

Mark Bishop, Co-President of Blue Ant Studios, stated: “It’s been a pivotal year for Blue Ant—we took the company public, acquired three leading production companies, and expanded our investment in content and rights. We’re proud to bring our largest slate yet to Mipcom, featuring premium content from our in-house teams alongside standout titles from our independent partners. This impressive lineup of new originals and long-running returning series underscores our commitment to the genres that consistently connect with buyers and audiences worldwide.”

The headline title is “Taylor,” a premium documentary from Sandpaper Films premiering on Channel 4. Positioned as a global tentpole, the series explores the 20-year rise of Taylor Swift—from childhood prodigy to the world’s highest-grossing artist—and is expected to drive strong international interest across platforms and territories.

Other premium documentaries include “Judi Dench: Shakespeare, My Family, and Me,” “Moms Club,” and “Taking Venice,” while the company’s factual offering expands with “Cosmic Vistas,” “Spacetime Capsule,” and the wildlife doc “Blue Whales: Return of the Giants.”

Crime continues to be a key category for Blue Ant, with new titles such as “Death in the Wild,” “The Psychic Swindle,” “The Great Art Fraud,” “Murder in Mind,” and a second season of “The Jury: Murder Trial.” Historical titles include “History Unsolved: The Investigation Files,” “Buried Evidence,” “Cold War Spies,” and “World War II: History on Trial,” among others.

In unscripted formats and lifestyle, highlights include “Race Against the Tide,” “House of Heat,” “Money for Nothing,” and “Cross Country Cake Off.” Blue Ant is also launching new property and renovation titles such as “Passport Properties,” “Listing Mauritius,” and “Motel Makeover.”

The kids and family lineup features the animated preschool series “Tralala,” alongside returning live-action comedy “Lady Ada’s Secret Society” and STEM-focused show “Run the Marbles!”

The company will be showcasing its Mipcom 2025 slate to buyers in Cannes, with a strong emphasis on formats and documentaries that offer international adaptability, franchise potential, and broad demographic appeal.
