MONDO TV TEAMS UP WITH ENANIMATION FOR “NINA & OLGA”

Mondo TV Iberoamerica, a division of the Italian group Mondo TV, announced that – through its subsidiary Mondo TV Producciones Canarias – has partnered with the Italian boutique animation studio Enanimation to co-produce the brand new series “Nina & Olga”. Enanimation has already secured a deal for the TV series with Rai Ragazzi, the kids’ channel of Italian public broadcaster Rai.

“Nina & Olga” is a 52×7’ 2D HD animation for 4-6-year-olds, based on the globally popular preschool publishing property Olga the Cloud, from Nicoletta Costa. The show is now in production, with a planned launch date of spring 2021.

Mondo TV Producciones Canarias will share the pre-production phase of the show, while parent company Mondo TV S.p.A will be responsible for the animation. Enanimation will have exclusive rights throughout the world, while Mondo TV Producciones Canarias will have exclusive rights in Spain and Andorra. Furthermore, Enanimation will have worldwide distribution rights, excluding the Mondo TV Canarias’ territories Portugal, Latin America and the Spanish-speaking US.
