"Ms. X" is created and written by Hannah Marshall and David de Lautour. It follows Mia (Melissa George), a suburban mum who teams up with an old high school friend to scare her cheating husband into staying faithful. But when their plan turns (accidentally) homicidal, she’s pulled into a criminal web involving cops, cartels, and the PTA.
Warner Bros Discovery’s Senior Director, Content, ANZ Networks, Matt Barthow says: “The casting of 'Ms X' assembles a remarkable talent pool, headlined by the exceptional Melissa George and joined by a talented ensemble of established and emerging New Zealand actors. This cast brings a unique perspective and energy to the screen and we can’t wait for audiences to see the results in 2026”.
“We’re so excited to have such an exceptional cast bringing these characters to life with distinctive and memorable performances, which we know are going to captivate audiences and place Ms. X firmly on the global stage," added Hannah Marshall, Showrunner.
