“Nazi Space Race”
TVF International brings Channel 4, SVT and Viasat on board revelatory history documentary "Nazi Space Race" (1 x 50) from Unity House Productions. The documentary explores one of the most controversial operations in 20th century history, Operation Paperclip, where nearly 2,000 former Nazi scientists were pardoned and brought to the US in a desperate bid to help them win the Space Race.
The documentary was produced by Unity House Productions ("Van Gogh by Vincent"), and international sales are managed by TVF International. It will premiere on Channel 4 this Saturday the 14th of June.
Head of TVF International, Poppy McAlister, who brokered the deal with Channel 4, commented: “We are delighted to have brought together these three major European broadcasters in support of Unity House Production’s bold new film, which brings secrets of world history to light.”
Richard Shaw, director of Unity House Productions, says “'Nazi Space Race' is a story of deception, greed, propaganda and success by any means possible. It uncovers a dark side of the moon landing, which is beyond imagination.”
