TVF International has delivered a slate of high-end documentaries and factual series to broadcast partners across Scandinavia, including Channel 4’s new documentary “Nazi Space Race” (1x50) to several outlets in the region, such as SVT, YLE, and Viasat World. The premium history title uncovers how nearly 2,000 former Nazi scientists were pardoned and relocated to the US to help secure victory in the Space Race.
Viasat World picked up multiple programs from the distributor, among them Channel 4’s “24 Hours That Changed the World” (2x47), the newest season of ITV’s fishing show “Monster Carp” (Series 8, 4x60), and three seasons of “The Grand Fishing Adventure” (12x60), fronted by angling specialist Ali Hamidi and former footballer Bobby Zamora.
Sweden’s public broadcaster SVT obtained top-tier history titles from the distributor, acquiring France TV’s “Ulysses: From Myth to Science” (1x60), along with “Great British Train Journeys from Above” (4x47) from TVF Productions. SVT also went for the premium science series “The Resurrection Quest” (4x47) from Singaporean pubcaster CNA.

In Denmark, the distributor further delivered two seasons of “Down for Love” (10x46), the uplifting dating format about people with disabilities, produced by Attitude Pictures for TVNZ and Netflix, to TV2.
Finnish pubcaster YLE took the BBC investigative special “Stacey Dooley: Growing up Gypsy” (1x60), in which presenter Stacey Dooley embeds with the traditionally private Traveller community to examine the challenges faced by young women in one of the UK’s most marginalized minorities.
