UNIVERSAL CINERGIA ANNOUNCES NEW DUBBING DEALS

The company has signed agreements with Caracol, Sony, NBC, Gaumont, Daro, CJEM and Eccho Rights, among others. He also announced that he has implemented new security procedures for both his talent and his staff.

Universal Cinergia Dubbing announced that it is doing more new business even in times of pandemic, as demand for localized content has skyrocketed, for both duplicate and captioned content. Liliam Hernández, CEO of the company, stated that agreements have been signed with Caracol, Sony, NBC, Gaumont, DARO, CJEM and Eccho Rights, among others. The company also announced that it has increased security policies for talent and staff, many of whom work remotely.

Some of the new projects are: "Bolivar", a historical drama produced and distributed by Caracol, is being dubbed to English; "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God", from CJEM is being dubbed to Spanish, as well as "Cennet", Turkish drama produced by ATV and distributed by Eccho Rights, currently airing on Telemundo as well as on Canal 4 (Uruguay). France’s Gaumont is localizing a package of ten movies into Spanish, and Daro from Monte Carlo has contracted two Steven Seagal movies to be dubbed to Portuguese for broadcast in Brazil. The company is also working on other projects in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French.

The studios are working at reduced capacity, with all the necessary safety precautions required by law. Sanitizing procedures are in place and talents, directors and technicians go in to the studio for recording and are able to work in a safe environment, with gloves, masks, and temperature monitoring. Social distancing is being respected and done very consciously.
