Caitlin Meek-O’Connor joins Eccho Rights as Commercial Director Digital

Eccho Rights announced the recruitment of Caitlin Meek-O’Connor as the new head of the direct-to-consumer team. In the last years, the executive has worked at Little Dot Studios as Director of Programming & Acquisitions, and previously at Beyond Distribution as well as DRG.

“Caitlin is one of our industries most experienced executives with an expertise in growing direct-to-consumer business and acquisitions. She is a perfect lead for our growing digital team, currently mainly based in Istanbul, where we to date have gathered more than 15 million subscribers on YouTube. We are seeing a very impressive annual growth on digital platforms,”  commented Fredrik af Malmborg, CEO of Eccho Rights.

Eccho Rights is annually distributing some 17.000 hours of drama series to the world, with a strong history in Turkish drama but also with a growing slate of high-end English language and Nordic series. Caitlin Meek-O’Connor will be based in Eccho Rights’ London office, and will be cooperating with all the company’s fours offices around the world, as well as other sister companies in the Munich Night Train Media group.
