Roku has featured a new slate of original content coming to The Roku Channel later this year. Two new Roku Original holiday movies, “Jingle Bell Wedding” and “Merry Little Mystery,” have been greenlit alongside a second iteration of “Honest Renovations: A Holiday Home Makeover.”

Both “Jingle Bell Wedding” and “Merry Little Mystery” will be produced in collaboration with Incendo, expanding on the existing partnership that originated with “Jingle Bell Love.” Incendo’s Graham Ludlow, Kaleigh Kavanagh, and Shari Segal serve as executive producers for both films.

HOLIDAY SEASON

Following the success of last season’s “Jingle Bell Love,” Roku will bring to life its sequel, “Jingle Bell Wedding.” Joey McIntyre (“New Kids on the Block”) and Michelle Morgan (“Heartland”) will return as Jack Cooper and Jessica McFall, who are planning their New Year’s Eve wedding celebration until a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity threatens to upend the festivities and matrimonial merriment.

In addition to “Jingle Bell Wedding,” Roku will debut "Merry Little Mystery,” a holiday rom-com starring Jordin Sparks (“American Idol”) and Keon Alexander (“The Night Agent”). Sparks plays Natasha Maxwell, who tries to foil a determined reporter’s (Alexander) attempts to reveal her identity as the benevolent Secret Santa of a small town...and ends up falling in love.

Also coming to The Roku Channel is an all-new “Honest Renovations: A Holiday Home Makeover,” hosted and executive produced by Jessica Alba and Lizzy Mathis. This time, the duo sets their sights on transforming the home of a heroic fire captain who bravely battled the devastating Los Angeles wildfires earlier this year.

These three new titles join the previously announced “The Great American Baking Show: Celebrity Holiday,” which will return for its fourth season with a new lineup of celebrity bakers. Judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith will take on the new batch of celebrity bakers alongside hosts Casey Wilson and the newly added Andrew Rannells.

“Our Roku streamers truly embrace the holiday season,” said Brian Tannenbaum, Head of Originals, Roku Media. “Fronted by a group of extraordinary talent, our Roku Original holiday slate will deliver feel-good, delightful content just in time for the holiday season.”
