ORF-Enterprise's documentaries and docu-series won international awards

"Festive Treats of the Viennese Cuisine" and "Christmas Baking in Vienna," both directed by Alexander Schukoff, were each honored with a Silver Award at the US International Award. Meanwhile, the docu-series "City Beasts" was bestowed with the Gold Award in the “Best Overall Series” category.

Two documentaries from ORF-Enterprise have won awards. "Festive Treats of the Viennese Cuisine" and "Christmas Baking in Vienna," both directed by Alexander Schukoff, were each honored with a Silver Award at the US International Award, a prestigious platform recognizing excellence in documentary filmmaking. These Vienna-centric productions showcase Austria's traditional festive foods and baking customs, capturing the rich culinary heritage of the region.

In addition to these wins, the docu-series "City Beasts" has also received significant recognition. The episode “Cape of Chaos (Wherefore Art Thou Otter)” won the Silver Award in the “Doc, TV and Web” category at the International Tourism Film Festival Africa. Furthermore, the series as a whole was bestowed with the Gold Award in the “Best Overall Series” category. "City Beasts," a co-production by Josh Crickmay Productions funded by Channel 180 in association with ORF-Enterprise, takes viewers on an unforgettable journey through the urban wilderness of Cape Town, highlighting the city's wildlife and the profound impact on the locals.
