Lee will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships to help Cinedigm expand its business in the global streaming marketplace with an emphasis on the rapidly-growing Asia-Pacific market.
Cinedigm announced that it will combine 15 FAST channels and over 15.000 on-demand titles into a new all-in-one flagship streaming service, which will be called Cineverse and is set to launch at the end of August.
The new addition correlates with the projected USD 1.2 billion streaming ad spending this holiday season. The most recent set of content acquisitions includes over 450 films and more than 70 new series.
