Cineflix Rights has closed deals with two Latin American broadcasters for 65 hours of long running global hit brand “Property Brothers,” as it continues to roll the franchise out across the region. Costa Rican network Teletica has acquired seasons three and four of "Property Brothers" (52x60’, Cineflix Productions for HGTV US and HGTV Canada) with Uruguay’s Canal 4 acquiring Season 5 (13x60’). They become the latest Free TV networks to buy the franchise, following a deal with TVN Chile.

Daniel Rodriguez, Sales Consultant, Latin America and Hispanic US, Cineflix Rights, who brokered the deals, said: “'Property Brothers' is a huge global franchise for Cineflix Rights, and we are thrilled to be rolling this series out across Free TV Networks in Latin America through these latest deals with Teletica and Canal 4, and with negotiations close to finalised with broadcasters in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. It’s also part of our wider strategy to provide the best Spanish dubbed content, such as our long running hit brand 'Mayday: Air Disaster' which is now in its 25th Season, to Latin America across all windows including Free TV and AVOD platforms.”
