Meanwhile, Spiegel TV will take the German premiere of "History’s Greatest Aircraft" (7x45’). Funded by A+E UK and CEEMEA, this seven-part series examines some of the greatest contributions to modern warfare, capturing and celebrating some of the biggest icons in aircraft history.
To Welt, Espresso has re-licensed best-selling space documentary "The Saturn V Story"(1x52’). The title follows the story of Saturn V, the most powerful machine ever built, and the colossal challenges NASA faced to make it fly.
"Germany continues to be one of our strongest markets, and we’re delighted to work with our long-standing client Deutsche Welle once again on documentaries as timely as 'Off Earth' and 'Pave the Road'. With unprecedented heatwaves sweeping the world, environmental docs like Pave the Road are even more urgent,” says Jess Reilly, Head of Sales and Acquisitions. “We’re also over the moon that our valued partner Spiegel TV will be the German premiere of 'History’s Greatest Aircraft' and we look forward to seeing how it plays out.”
