HITN’s Edye platform was certified by the KidSafe Seal Program

HITN announced that its premium SVOD preschool service was recently certified by the KidSAFE + COPPA Seal Program. “We are incredibly proud of the recognition EDYE has received with the KidSAFE+/COPPA certification. This reinforces our commitment to provide a children’s service with meaningful entertainment that parents in the United States and Latin America can trust," said Maximiliano Vaccaro, VP of Digital Services at HITN.   

Serving as a safety certification service, the program analyzes children-friendly websites and technologies, including kid-targeted game sites, educational services, virtual worlds, social networks, mobile apps, tablet devices, and other similar interactive services and technologies and grants a seal-of-approval services deeming them safe for kid use. As an FTC approved COPPA certification, the program is considered one of the highest standards of children internet safety monitoring systems.

Targeted at children ages 2 to 6, the service, established in 2019, provides content garnered from prestigious various preschool programming producers from around the world. Offering more than 2,500 episodes from over 70 preschool series, EDYE has created a dedicated educational parent guide for each series to further promote engagement with the show on children and their parent’s behalfs..

The platform offers an ample amount of children and family content, such as “Heidi,” “Sarah and Duck,” “Maya the Bee,” “Sid the Science Kid,” “Pocoyo,” “Polly Pocket.” The service also features robust video content, games, activities, and books through its apps and parent guides section.
