ITV Studios has finalized a high-volume content deal with NBCUniversal International Networks & DTC Latin America, marking a major expansion of its non-scripted catalog in the region. The multi-title agreement, brokered by Rob Kaplan, SVP of US & LATAM, and Catalina Ramirez, VP of US & LATAM at ITV Studios Global Partnerships, covers over 290 hours of premium programming and includes flagship titles such as "Love Island USA," "Love Island Games," and "Love Island All Stars."

Rob Kaplan noted, “This collaboration with NBCUniversal marks an exciting milestone for ITV Studios. We are thrilled to bring the global cultural phenomenon that is ‘Love Island’ to Latin American audiences alongside powerful documentaries, reflecting both the reach of our brands and the strength of this partnership.”

The deal introduces Latin American audiences to the "Love Island" franchise for the first time, led by "Love Island USA" (produced by ITV America and GroupM Motion Entertainment), "Love Island Games" (ITV America and GroupM Motion Entertainment), and ITV’s UK-originated "Love Island All Stars" (ITV Studios and GroupM Motion Entertainment). These additions further solidify ITV Studios’ global entertainment footprint and capitalize on the growing popularity of reality formats in international markets.

"Love Island USA" Season 7, which aired on Peacock, achieved unprecedented success, becoming the platform’s most-watched original season of all time. The six-week series generated over 18.4 billion minutes streamed, underscoring its massive audience pull and cultural relevance.

The package also includes compelling true-crime and investigative documentaries such as "Abused by Mum: The Ruby Franke Scandal" (produced by ITN Productions) and "I Cut Off His Penis: The Truth Behind the Headlines" (produced by Grain Media). "Abused by Mum" explores the disturbing fall of Ruby Franke, a social media influencer turned convicted child abuser, while "I Cut Off His Penis" revisits the infamous Lorena Bobbitt case and other global instances of similar violence, unpacking their legal, psychological, and cultural implications.

By aligning with NBCUniversal, ITV Studios reinforces its commitment to growing its presence in the Latin American market through culturally impactful, high-performing content that spans reality formats and hard-hitting factual storytelling.
