Mistco signed a multi drama deal with Iran's DD TV. The broadcaster has picked up four titles from A23 Media, US Yapim's Melek “, BSK Yapim's, and one title from Es Film's, popular in Turkey.

The four dramas were produced by Turkey's biggest production companies. The title is “Beloved,” “A Mother’s Struggle,” “The Circle,” and “My Champion.”

According to MISTCO's Managing Director Aysegul Tuzun, Turkish Drama is becoming increasingly popular worldwide especially in MENA, saying that they already have an “excellent and universal catalog." "With several Turkish dramas on the air in Iran, we see this trend continues," he said. "We are excited to close these deals for our top dramas. On top of winning over the Iran audience, these 4 titles received acclaim in other countries likewise."

“Beloved” tells the story of Aziz, the only son of a wealthy family. One day, he finds out a family secret about his father that sets him out to seek revenge. “My Champion” tells the story of skilled boxer Firat Bolukbasi, who is fighting for the trophy when his wife suddenly passes away. Bolukbasi must then find out how to be a widowed father to his son. Prisoner Kaan and the son of mafia member, Cihangir are fighting a criminal organization named “The Circle,” and in “A Mother’s Struggle,” the Karagan and Sirhan families are integrated when two young adults are forced into marriage.
