An Italian version of the format will be produced by Endemol Shine Italy for leading free-to-air channel Rai 2, with renowned presenter Stefano De Martino selected to host the series. Spanish actor, comedian and presenter Arturo Valls is confirmed to front a local version of the format, and Valls’ production company Polvora will co-produce the Spanish series with LACOproductora, in partnership with UTAS.
Shine Iberia has optioned the format to produce a local version in Portugal. Central TV has also signed a deal with NBCUniversal Formats to produce and broadcast a Mongolian version, which will be fronted by Mr Ankhbayar Ganbold (The Voice Mongolia). The 10-part series will launch next year. The format has also been in adapted in France, with great success on TF1. Entitled Stéréo Club, two specials aired over the summer fronted by Camille Combal (Dancing with the Stars).
Drawing inspiration from the wildly popular musical segments on NBC’s "The Tonight Show," Starring Jimmy Fallon, "That’s My Jam" features a host of celebrity guests, fun dance and trivia-based games, as well as unforgettable musical performances. The format promises to take popular and beloved songs to the next level like never before. The music and comedy variety game show is originally produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio (UTAS), a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with Jimmy Fallon’s production company, Electric Hot Dog for NBC. Hosted by Fallon, season one reached more than 250 million views across linear, digital and social platforms and a second season is currently in production in LA. Filming also recently wrapped on the UK version hosted by Mo Gilligan for the BBC, which is being produced by Universal International Studios’ Monkey, in partnership with UTAS.
