ZDF Studios announces a third season for "Just Animals" wildlife series

The production of its latest season has just concluded. It will consist of 10 episodes, each lasting 50 minutes. It will be distributed globally by ZDF Studios and produced by Wildbear Entertainment.

Wildbear Entertainment, based in Australia and New Zealand, has just produced the third season of "Just Animals." ZDF Studios will distribute the show as a German company ZDF commercial subsidiary. Thanks to the work of Wild Thring Media, who represents WildBear Entertainment, the two companies are long-standing partners with the German distributor.

Ralf Rückauer, Vice President Unscripted, ZDF Studios, hinted that its release is imminent: "Wildbear has produced another superb series of 'Just Animals' a show which is both entertaining and educational that the whole family can sit back and enjoy. With production now completed on Season 3, we are looking forward to launching this to market immediately," he said.

The content features high-quality archival footage showcasing unusual behaviors, intimate close-ups, and action sequences. It also explores physical attributes, communication skills, and environmental adaptation. Wildbear Entertainment produced award-winning content for the likes of the BBC, Netflix, National Geographic, Viasat, PBS, Foxtel, and many other leading international platforms. ZDF Studios has previously sold "Just Animals" to more than 100 countries worldwide, such as the USA, Japan, China, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, and Austria.
