The fifth edition of Conecta Fiction, the international meeting dedicated to the co-production of fiction series for television between Europe and America, will be held from September 13 to 16 at the Baluarte Conference Centre and Auditorium of Navarra in Pamplona-Iruña (Navarra, Spain) for the third consecutive year. This is the second phase of this edition, which will be hybrid after the online only format held last June.

This year’s programme will offer a whole series of activities aimed at the international professionals who will be visiting Pamplona during these days, as well as the professionals who will be following the event virtually. Panels, pitching sessions, talks, street meetings to get to know the city and keynotes will be held to understand the current situation of the television fiction industry and how to take advantage of the opportunities it offers, while physical and virtual networking spaces will also be created.

The fifth edition of Conecta Fiction will also award 11 different prizes for the selected projects of the six different pitching categories. The gala, which will be presented by actress, comedian and TV hostess Sara Escudero, will be open to the public and available in streaming.

All the activities of the programme will be carried out under the direction and coordination of the Euroregion Nouvelle-Aquitaine (France), Euskadi and Navarra (NAEN), the Government of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, ALCA Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Basque Government, Basque Audiovisual, the Government of Navarra, Navarra Film Industry, and the French Embassy in Spain / Institut français of Spain. They are sponsored by France 3 Nouvelle-Aquitaine and the audiovisual group EITB, with the collaboration of Acorde Music Library and Navarra Televisión.
