Nexo digital is a co production and distribution company committed to sell excellent documentaries about art and culture, but also different topics like history, and more recently human interest. One of the latest and highlight titles is “Reshape- Empower Human Potential" (6x30') an original documentary series where visionary leaders and thinkers connect with famous Italian hosts with whom they share values and passions. "Reshape- Empower Human Potential´' inspires people by connecting technology to emotions – achieving a new way of living relationships and businesses", described Veronique Commelin, Head of International Sales at Nexo Digital in an interview with Señal News. "The series takes over different questions about how with the emotion we can unlock our creativity but also innovate and put people at the center of technologies and innovation", she added.

The series produced by Lotus Production includes Italian leaders such as Massimo Bottura, Lorenzo Bertelli, Stefano Domenicali, Brunello Cucinelli, Massimo Bergami, Oscar Farinetti, Beatrice Venezi, Bibop G. Gresta, Fiona May, Livia Cevolini, and international visionary thinkers such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Alec Ross, Carolyn Everson, Sheryl Sandberg, Esther Wojcicki, Ruzwana Bashir, Jennifer Hyman, Patricia Urquiola and Mark Benjoff. "We have SKY Italia on board, SKY Arte and SKY TG24, they started to broadcast the documentary at the beginning of November and I believe there will be a second season."

Nexo Digital produce and release in cinemas five to six new documentary films per year in over 50 countries. This season, the company launched “Tutankhamun. The Last Exhibition” produced with Laboratorio Rosso and “Napoleon in the Name of Art” with 3D Produzioni, that are also available for premiere in broadcasters. "Tutankhamun. The Last Exhibition" offers spectators an extraordinary opportunity to meet the Pharaoh, and relive those unique moments on the big screen following exclusive coverage of how 150 items from among his treasures, were moved to become part of the biggest international exhibition ever dedicated to the Golden Boy. "The idea is to promote this title in consonance with the anniversary of the discovery of the Tutankhamun treasure in November 2022", said Commelin. On the other hand, “Napoleon in the Name of Art” explores the complex relationship between Napoleon, culture and art.

Nexo Digital catalogue also includes “The importance of being an Architect” that feature Antonio Citterio, one of the most well-known designer and Italian architects; a half hour series called “Italian Artisans”; and the art films “Maverick Modigliani”; “Botticelli, Florence and The Medici” and "Giacomo Balla", a painter founder of futurism movement. "We have also 'Frida viva la vida', that has a very interesting distribution life because we released the film in November 2019 in Italy, and it was a big success. The film raised about 500,000 euros in three days in box office. We launched successfully in Latin America and in the Nordics and this fall we released the film in the Netherland. Finally we are going to release it in France on 24th of November, we are very excited", stated the executive.

Upcoming plans

Nexo Digital will keep on producing documentary films for cinemas and all the rights (Theatrical, Video, TV, and Digital Rights)."We will reinforce our support and distribution with Italian content providers and creators because there is still a room for Italian creativity, especially in the in documentary sector," concluded Commelin.
