Tim’s strategic insight and leadership come at just the right time as we expand globally, and we are all looking forward to working with him.”

Ricketts brings a proven track record in international media and content businesses, having most recently served as COO & CFO at Coolabi Group, where he played a pivotal role in guiding growth and strategy. His career includes senior roles at Gullane Entertainment, United News & Media, and TVS Entertainment, providing him with deep expertise in managing IP-driven companies.

Sharing his enthusiasm about joining Acamar, Ricketts said: “I am delighted to be joining Acamar at such an exciting time. ‘Bing’ is a unique property that resonates with families around the world. Since its debut in 2014, “Bing”, produced in partnership with Brown Bag Films, has become a global preschool phenomenon. The series has won an International Emmy for Best Children’s Program, a Writer’s Guild Award, and received a BAFTA nomination. Distributed across more than 130 territories, the brand has expanded beyond television into books, apps, live shows, consumer products, and digital platforms, cementing its status as a leading children’s entertainment franchise.
