BARBARA PAVONE IS THE NEW CHIEF MARKETING AND SALES OFFICER OF LUX VIDE

Pavone assumes leadership of the marketing and sales team of the company, and she will also be dealing with international co-productions and partnerships as well as the company's product placement and communication activities.

International production company Lux Vide announced the appointment of Barbara Pavone as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of the group. Pavone arrives at Lux Vide and assumes leadership of the marketing and sales team of one of the largest companies in the Italian scripted market. She will also be dealing with international co-productions and partnerships as well as the company's product placement and communication activities.

With a long managerial career of over 25 years in leading entertainment and consumer goods companies, Pavone has experience in Unilever, Bolton Group and British American Tobacco. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President Group Marketing at Warner Bros. Entertainment.

With international experience, the executive now returns to the world of production and media fully reflecting the culture of Lux Vide, which is characterized by solid tradition, openness to innovation, Italian creativity but also, an international vision. As Senior Vice President Group Marketing at Warner Bros Entertainment Italia, Pavone collected excellent results in recent years in creating and leading integrated and cross-divisional marketing and digital transformation.

Founded in 1992 by Ettore Bernabei, now managed by Luca and Matilde Bernabei, respectively CEO and President, Lux Vide is among the first companies in Italy to have invested in the format market and today boasts a constantly growing production value (€80 million in 2020). The company has produced numerous hits both in film and television, from “The Bible,” sold in 144 countries; “War and Peace”; and also famous TV series such as “Don Matteo,” “Che Dio ci Aiuti,” “A Step From Heaven,” and “I Medici,” among others.
