Dynamic Television has hired Shoe Money exec Rachel Taff as director of development and ex-CBS and Disney exec Will Baldwin as Manager of development. Reporting to Dynamic MD Daniel March, both Taff and Baldwin are charged with developing premium programming for the firm’s US and global English-language slate.

“Rachel and Will embody everything we were looking for to help lead our creative development," March said. "Most importantly, they are both terrific human beings; second, they are creatively very talented and love the art of storytelling; and finally, they embrace the core values that define Dynamic. They’re going to do great things here.”

Prior to Joining, Taff contribued to Thomas Schlamme’s US drama producer "Shoe Money," where she served as a development coordinator and worked on titles including FX series "Snowfall." At Shoe Money, she also developed projects such as adaptations of The New York Times reporter Nicole Perlroth’s book This is How They Tell Me the World Ends and David Kushner’s book Levittown. Prior to that, Taff was as an executive producer’s assistant at Fox and Showtime Networks on shows including HBO’s The Plot Against America, Showtime’s SMILF, TBS’s American Dad! and ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat.

Baldwin acquired drama development experience at The Walt Disney Company, where he was most recently involved with the development of series Queens, Promised Land, For Life and Rebel. Baldwin has also held roles in current programming at CBS and as an executive assistant at Paradigm Talent Agency.
