DYNAMIC TELEVISION PROMOTES TRIO OF EXECUTIVES

The executives incorporated are Jan Bennemann, Named Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Co-Productions; Gilda Demirtas, Named Senior Vice President of International Sales; and Betsy Beam, Named Director of Content.

Dynamic Television announced promotions for three key members of their executive team: Jan Bennemann has been elevated to Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Co-Productions, Gilda Demirtas has been upped to Senior Vice President of International Sales and Betsy Beam has been promoted to Director of Content.

Jan Bennemann will expand his current responsibilities overseeing co-productions and acquisitions of European drama series as well as developing original content with a focus on the German and Nordic market. Operating out of Dynamic’s Berlin office he has helped lead the company’s recent Nordic drama slate including Summerdahl Murders and Deliver Us. Prior to joining Dynamic Television, Bennemann worked as a producer in Germany and France developing and producing more than 120 hours of drama including Transporter – The Serie, Alpin Rescue and The Godmother.

In her new role as Senior Vice President of International Sales, Gilda Demirtas is responsible for sales in Asia, Benelux, CEE, GSA, Mena, and Russia. Based in Munich, she has successfully led sales on Dynamic drama series including Z Nation, Trapped, The Day and Deliver Us to channels and platforms throughout her territories. Prior to joining Dynamic Television, Demirtas was Vice President of International Sales at Echo Bridge and is a graduated media economist from the University of Siegen.

Betsy Beam, based in the company’s Los Angeles office, will be focusing on growing Dynamic’s English language development slate and helping oversee current shows in production, including the upcoming Netflix series Ginny & Georgia.
