"Wunderland"
Autentic Distribution has successfully closed a series of major deals with international broadcasters. ERT Greece has acquired a 53-hour package featuring B|14 FILM’s "Wunderland", about the world’s largest miniature wonderland, Terra Mater Studio’s "Patrick and the Whale" as well as "Rum & Revolution – History of Havana" and "Via Transilvanica – A Journey Through Wild Romania" by Autentic Studios. The two-part documentary featuring Romania’s adventurous 1,400 km hiking path has also been picked up by Polish Television (TVP) in a deal comprising of 29 hours of content. The package also includes Autentic Studio’s "De-extinction – Species Protection 2.0?" as well as "Europe’s Amazon" and "San Diego – America's Wildest City" by Terra Mater Studios.
Canal+ Poland has picked up 32,5 hours of programming, including the latest season of "At Our Neighbour's Table" by Berlin Producers, as well as "Decoding Beauty" which explores the complexities of modern beauty standards and the fourth season of "Hot Roads", Autentic’s long-running landmark series about the world’s most dangerous roads.
In another deal, Switzerland’s SRF has acquired 12 hours of programming, which includes a selection of Autentic Studios' newest productions, such as "Wheels for the Wild: Serengeti's Master Mechanics" and three captivating History titles: "Rum & Revolution – History of Havana", "Legends & Luxury – History of Marrakesh", and "Summits & High Society – History of St. Moritz". These historical documentaries are part of Autentic Studios' ongoing series exploring the allure and glamour of the destinations of the rich and famous throughout history.
Lastly, Asharq Discovery, the Arabic-language infotainment platform owned by SRMG has acquired a 13-hour content package, featuring premium titles being made available for the first time in the MENA region free-to-view. This exclusive collection will be showcased across Asharq Discovery TV channel, digital and social media platforms, as well as its VOD platform NOW. Featured titles include "Kui Buri – Thailand's Hidden Eden", "Europe’s Amazon", "Cheetah's Pride" from Terra Mater Studios, "Fabulous Insects" by Nautilusfilm, and "Wild Mediterranean" from Spanish producer Docu Producciones.
