ITV licenses content from Paramount Global Content Distribution

ITV has signed a multi-year licensing deal with Paramount Global Content Distribution, allowing UK audiences to stream the likes of "Everybody Hates Chris" and "Freaks and Geeks" on ITVX for free in 2023 and beyond.

ITV has signed a multi-year licensing deal with Paramount Global Content Distribution which will allow UK audiences to stream the likes of "Everybody Hates Chris" and "Freaks and Geeks" on ITVX for free in 2023 and beyond. The deal was negotiated by ITV Head of Content Acquisitions Sasha Breslau and Controller of Acquisitions, Rights and Regulatory, Jonathan Vandermeer.

“We are thrilled to be working with Paramount Global Content Distribution to bring such a fantastic mix of content to ITVX viewers in 2023 and beyond,” ITV’s Head of Content Acquisitions, Sasha Breslau, said.

To add some bite to the new year, vampire horror "From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series" starring DJ Cotrona will also be available in January. "Beauty and the Beast," starring Jay Ryan and Kristin Kreuk, will be available from February 2023, and supernatural mystery "Medium," starring Patricia Arquette, will follow soon thereafter. On the lighter entertainment side, "Freaks and Geeks," starring James Franco and Seth Rogan, will be available from January 2023, as well as Diablo Cody’s "United States of Tara," starring Toni Collette. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, starring Rachel Bloom, "Everybody Hates Chris," narrated by Chris Rock, and "Jane the Virgin" starring Gina Rodriguez, will follow in the Spring of next year.
