Mediawan made a majority stake acquisition of 24 25 Films

Mediawan has established a partnership with 24 25 Films through a majority stake acquisition. “We are very proud to join the Mediawan group. From the moment we met Pierre-Antoine Capton, Elisabeth d'Arvieu, Guillaume Izabel and their teams, we were won over by their enthusiasm and vision,"  Thibaut Gast and Matthias Weber said.

With this new acquisition, the Mediawan group continues to develop its Cinema activity. The merge will combine the Cinema-Animation-International activities of Mediawan, which welcomes popular movie producers such as Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner and Brad Pitt, Hugo Sélignac, Dimitri Rassam, Nicola Serra and Clément Miserez.  "They have a strong desire to discover and support new talents and to offer audiences the very best in creation, which is totally aligned with our vision at Mediawan," d'Arvieu said. "Their catalog is rich in both demanding and popular projects, and the projects they develop carry the promise of great success.
