Turkish distribution company Mistco recently announced the addition to their catalog of the distribution rights to this season’s fresh new drama entitled “Once Upon A Time In Cyprus”.
Produced by TMC Film and broadcasted on TRT 1, “Once Upon A Time In Cyprus” is a Turkish historical television drama series set in ‘60s Cyprus, and is based on the story of Turkish Cypriots' resistance against the extremist Greek Cypriot organisation EOKA. The series explores all human rights incidents caused by EOKA that unfolded from Bloody Christmas until the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974.
By adding this rating leader series, Mistco continues to attract attention with its growing catalog. In its hometown, “Once Upon A Time In Cyprus” achieved great ratings on Thursday nights, and was among the trending topics on social media thanks to its magnificent cast.
