Developed and produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio, “Bring the Funny” is a new competition that promises to find the next big talent in comedy. Launched on July 9, the show boasts the best opening ratings for a new summer show since 2017 – accumulating a consolidated audience of 8.5 million viewers, being always number 1 in its time slot against regular competition.

“Bring the Funny” pays tribute to every style of comedy performance in just one competition and features the best of the best in stand-up, sketch, comedy/variety acts, musicians, magicians as well as puppeteers. These talented humorists will audition in front of three big names in comedy and will be given free rein to show how talented they are.
