WINSING’S "DIARY OF DINOSAURS" GETS US$10 MILLION IN BOX OFFICE IN CHINA

The movie hit the cinemas on May 1st 2021, it has been shown on more than 10000 screens, accumulating nearly 44 million admissions and 2.3 million screenings across all the country.

"Diary of Dinosaurs", the 7thfeature film of Winsing Animation, raked in gross box office revenue of US$10 million in China, led the box office of animated features during the Labor Day Holiday. The movie hit the cinemas on May 1st 2021, it has been shown on more than 10000 screens, accumulating nearly 44 million admissions and 2.3 million screenings across the country.

"Diary of Dinosaurs" is a dinosaur-themed feature film which is with the genre of comedy, adventure and action. It revolves around the family of herbivorous dinosaurs who try to defend their homeland.The film will also be premiered in South Korea and Malaysia territories within this year, more and more territories are under negotiation.

Since 2012, Winsing Animation has released 6 feature films in theaters and new media platforms worldwide, gaining total box office around US$32 million. With the dual recognition of the market and audiences, the 7th feature film "Diary of Dinosaurs" reached US$10 million within 10 days. The film is anticipated to continue its run for another three weeks leading to International Children’s’ Day.

Winsing is now turning to developing diversified feature lengths which not only focus on cartoons, but more multicultural animated features which targets at young views and families.
