Sixty-five buyers from Europe, Australia, Japan, the Middle and Far Eas join Rai Com for Rai TV series and films showcase that will take place from April 17th to April 19th in Palermo. The showcase will also feature an exclusive event tailored specifically for students Rai Porte Aperte (Rai Open Doors).

Rai Com will present its newest content of TV drama series and movies, as well as documentaries, music and art events, and programs for children. The organization of the Screenings event is made possible thanks to the active participation and support of the Palermo Municipality.

The Rai Com 2024 lineup once again highlights Italian fiction productions, including "Gerri", "Marconi", "Kostas", "Libera", and "NUR", as well as recent successes like "Il Clandestino", "La lunga notte", "Imma Tataranni – Sostituto Procuratore", "Le indagini di Lolita Lobosco", through "Mina Settembre", "Vincenzo Malinconico", "I Bastardi di Pizzofalcone", "Cuori", and many other TV series and films.

Inevitably, Rai Com's catalog includes "Il Commissario Montalbano", with global success spanning over two decades, and "Il Paradiso delle Signore", sold in over seventy countries.

PROGRAM
The Screenings event will kick off at Villa Igiea on Wednesday, April 17th, with a video presentation of the Rai products. The following days, international guests will enjoy guided tours around the city's most beautiful places.

On Thursday, April 18th, the sessions will take place at Palazzo Chiaramonte, the prestigious venue of the University of Palermo, located in the historic center of the Sicilian capital.

With 4,000 titles, over 600 films, 700 film classics, and over 8,000 hours of television content, Rai Com is one of the largest global providers of content for broadcasters and distribution companies.

During the Screenings in Palermo, Rai Com has organized the special event Rai Porte Aperte at the Galleria D’Arte Moderna. It's a three-day opening for students to discover TV professions alongside professionals working on Public Service programs. In the Isgrò Hall of the Gallery, a real television studio will be set up, where students of all ages can learn by playing "making radio and television".
