Turkey's Inter Medya has signed an agreement with the Colombian network Caracol Televisión to broadcast the novel "Hicran" in that country. With this agreement, the first project of the co-production deal signed between Telemundo Global Studios and Inter Medya, which is the first of its kind between the U.S. Hispanic Studio and Turkey, "Hicran" will meet Colombian viewers on Caracol
Televisión screens.
The title tells the story of a mother and daughter, delving into themes such as love, betrayal, family, and power struggles. The company, which is preparing to welcome visitors during the LA Screenings (Suite 555), is also about to announce several more agreements in the near future.
It's worth noting that Inter Medya was born as a film distribution company in Turkey. During the first ten years of its existence, it established itself as one of the leading Turkish operators in the film distribution market. Starting in 2007, ITV Inter Medya expanded its portfolio of audiovisual content to include "Made in Turkey" soap operas, television series, and Turkish films. In recent years, the market for these Turkish audiovisual products has expanded, and ITV Inter Medya distributes its products to the Middle East and North Africa.
