"Queen of Fucking Everything"
Rabbit Films has announced multiple pre-sales of "Queen of Fucking Everything", its upcoming drama series infused with dark humor, ahead of its global premiere at Content London. The series, originally commissioned by YLE (Finland), has been acquired by ZDF (Germany), NPO (Netherlands), VRT (Belgium), NRK (Norway), and RUV (Iceland).
"Queen of Fucking Everything" is a Rabbit Films production for YLE, written and directed by Tiina Lymi, and produced by Minna Haapkylä, Tiina-Mari Pitkänen, and Olli Suominen. The series is scheduled to premiere on the VOD service YLE Areena on January 1, 2025, followed by its debut on the linear broadcaster YLE1 on January 5, 2025. The series is part of the NEW8 European Public Broadcaster project, which was announced at Content London 2023, and is the first series to come out of Finland as part of this collaboration.
"Queen of Fucking Everything" (6x50’) follows Linda Saarniluoto (Laura Malmivaara, "Helsinki Syndrome", "Mobile 101"), a leading Helsinki real estate agent and high society fixture, who wakes up one morning to find her husband Mikael (Jussi Nikkilä) missing, likely dead, leaving her with millions of dollars in debt. Determined to maintain her luxurious lifestyle, Linda is set on keeping up appearances. Forced to steal in order to survive, she begins with small-time theft but is soon drawn into Helsinki’s criminal underworld. There, she uses her business acumen to thrive in areas ranging from money laundering to corrupt business deals, ultimately leading to... murder. A woman who loses everything yet fights fiercely—sometimes ruthlessly—to reclaim success in two opposing worlds, Linda struggles to balance her moral boundaries and personal relationships. Eventually, she rises to become... the Queen of Fucking Everything.

Rabbit Films' previous scripted series include "Mobile 101" for MTV3 Finland, which chronicles the rise and fall of Nokia and has been sold to multiple broadcasters and streamers, including Disney+ in various territories and Walter Presents/Channel 4 in the UK, as well as the suspense thriller "Summer of Sorrow" and the world's most contained sitcom, "Kiosk", for Elisa.
