TELEFE ACCUMULATES HIGHEST-EVER TV VIEWING AVERAGE IN ARGENTINA

The network garnered a 44.9% share, the highest TV record ever recorded in the region. The network garnered a 45.49% share average, an average of 10.56 rating points.

Telefe’s ratings have risen to 44.29%, a 9.02 average representing its highest-ever share. The ViacomCBS free-to-air network has maintained the top spot for 42 consecutive months, surpassing its previous highest share by 40%, WSJ reports.

The channel took the lead last month with a 45.49% share average, garnering 10.56 rating points. The channel’s most prominent air-time slots are from 12-4p.m., during which it receives a 39.10% share and 7.47 rating points. Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., shares rise to 41.81% and 8.67 rating points, and the latest slow between 8 p.m. and 12 a.m. sees a 52.15% share and 15.55 rating points.

Additionally the top five shows that made it along the list of the top 14 most-watched shows are “La Voz Argentina, with a 72.18% share and 23.26 rating points, “MasterChef Celebrity” with a 73.00% share and 22.86 rating points, and “MasterChef Celebrity, Elimination Gala” with a 66.07% share and 21.68 rating points, among others covering news, travel drama and more. The network has also dominated mornings with “Flor de Equipo,” which led in its time slot with 37.37% share and 6.37 rating points, followed by El Noticiero de la Gente, which led with 38.75% share and 8.33 rating points.

“MasterChef Celebrity” took the lead as the most-watched show of the year with a 70.63% share and 27.25 rating points. The network’s “La Voz Argentina” premier followed with 76.32% share and 25.27 rating points. In the afternoon time slot, “Corta por Lozano” continued to be the audience's top choice with an average share of 36.95% and 8.16 rating points, followed by “Züleyha” with 44.66% share and 9.07 rating points, and “Guerra de Rosas” with 41.21% share and 8.84 rating points, among others.

Its digital platforms saw increases credited by Doctor Milagro, Fuerza de Mujer, and MasterChef Celebrity, reaching over 3 million users and 15.5 million views. The networks also noted the prompt premieres of “Dulce Ambición,” “ Puentes de Esperanza,” “Josué y la Tierra Prometida,” “Doctor Milagro,” and “La Voz Argentina.” Its social media platforms continue to thrive with 362.8 million video views. Its #MasterchefArgentina hashtag received more than 438.5 million video views on social media and its spin-off, #AfterHour garnered 22 million video views.
