UNIMAS AND UNIVISION KEEP GROWING ON ITS US HISPANIC RATINGS

The week of December 2nd, 2019 to December 8th, 2019 continued a solid pattern for stations Univision and UniMás delivering not only solid numbers but also outperforming English-speaking networks in the United States.

For the entire week, Univision finished as the fifth most-watched broadcast during primetime, ahead of The CW with 1.3 million Total Viewers 2+, 544,000 Adults 18-49 and 241,000 Adults 18-34, marking the eleventh consecutive week since the start of the current 2019/2020 season that it has surpassed The CW and out-delivering ABC, NBC, and FOX on six out of the seven nights among adults 18-34.

Univision ranked as the No. 1 Spanish-language network in primetime for the second consecutive week with double-digit audience advantages over Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+10% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+15% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+10% adv).

UniMás, on the other hand, delivered double-digit year-over-year audience growth during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+42% to 571,000), Adults 18-49 (+48% to 267,000) and Adults 18-34 (+26% to 103,000) and also increased its audience week-over-week among Adults 18-34 (+6% to 103,000), which ended up attracting more Total Viewers 2+ (+79% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+128% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+119% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.
