Global distributor Superights acquired the rights to distribute "Chasing Horrifox" (1x26’). Co-produced by the Vivement Lundi! (Italy) Nadasdy Film (Swtizerland) and Pictanovo(France), the program has been supported by Canal+, France 3 Bretagne, TVR, Tébéo, TébéSud, CNC, Région Bretagne, Région, Haut-de-France, Procirep and Angoa. It premiered on Canal+ Kids on February 10th.

"Chasing Horrifox" (1x26’) is a upper-preschool comedy following Yaya, Mo and Pic, three little marmots, about to experience their first hibernation... While their parents were telling their bedtime story before the long night of hibernation, they unfortunately fell asleep before they finished Horrifox’s tale. It is imperative, for the three little ones to find that famous fox to discover the ending of the tale. To do so, they venture into the snowy mountains looking for the legendary, not-so- dangerous, animal! This TV special is a freezing adventure that takes place in wonderful landscapes, between wild nature and sunny winter wonderland.

Mathieu Courtois, producer explained why they decided to bet on a less traditional product:"We wanted to surprise the audience with this brand new special. Here, there´s no Little Red Riding Hood nor Hop-o'-My-Thumb abandoned in the forest, but rather kids who are undoubtedly more modern, more difficult to impress, following their own mind, disregarding danger right down to the title 'Chasing Horrifox'," highlighted.

Nathalie Pinguet, Superights’ Deputy General Manager argued that the title is aligned with the timing of children: “Children are in for a fast-paced, fun- filled adventure with Yaya, Mo and Pic. A real breath of fresh air!," noted.

The special will be launched during MIPTV from April 7 to 10.
